Approach to Care
Dr. Jacobson is a Board Certified Clinical Neuropsychologist who strives to provide impactful neuropsychological assessments and interventions that maximize the independence of her patients and guide necessary supports to ensure a high level of care. She feels passionately about supporting individuals and families in understanding, accepting, and progressing when facing or fearing neurocognitive symptoms. She currently has openings for assessments and can provide consultation on a variety of brain-health related topics if you’re ready to reach out.
In-person and remote options
We are based in the Tri-Valley Area with a primary office in Pleasanton, California. When appropriate, we are happy to coordinate in-home services, in-person appointments in satellite offices, or a hybrid model of care.
